Copilot Bridge

Copilot Bridge lets you interact with graph8’s AI Copilot from your everyday messaging apps - ask questions, look up contacts, run enrichment, and get insights without opening the graph8 dashboard.

Supported Platforms

Setting Up a Connection

  1. Go to your Profile → Apps tab
  2. Under Messaging, find the platform you want to connect
  3. Follow the platform-specific setup:

WhatsApp

Enter your phone number (digits only). Messages to your graph8 WhatsApp number will route to Copilot.

Slack

Click Connect Slack. Authorize the graph8 bot in your Slack workspace. Once connected, DM the bot to start chatting.

Roam

Click Connect Roam. Select your Roam group. Messages in the connected group route to Copilot.

iMessage

Enter your phone number or email address. Messages to your graph8 iMessage contact will route to Copilot.

What You Can Do

Copilot Bridge gives you the same capabilities as the in-app Copilot:

  • Look up contacts and companies - “What do we know about Acme Corp?”
  • Check deal status - “What’s the status of the Acme deal?”
  • Run enrichment - “Enrich this contact’s email”
  • Get campaign updates - “How’s the Q2 campaign performing?”
  • Ask questions - anything you’d ask Copilot in the app

Managing Connections

View all active connections in Profile → Apps → Connections. You can:

  • See which platforms are connected
  • Disconnect a platform
  • Reconnect if authentication expires

Chat History

All bridge conversations are saved in your graph8 chat history. You can review past exchanges in the Copilot interface under your bridge sessions.
