Contacts
Contacts are the people in your database. Each contact is linked to a company, giving you a complete view of the person, their role, and the organization they belong to. Browse, filter, and act on contacts from a single grid — or open any contact to see the full picture.
Browsing Contacts
- Go to Data → Contacts
- Use column filters and saved views to segment by role, company, engagement, or signals
- Click any row to open a slide-over with quick details
- Click Open full view to go to the full detail page
You can also create a contact directly — click the + button above the grid to add a single record. Email is used for deduplication.
Detail Page
Each contact has a dedicated page with tabs across the top and an Intelligence Panel on the left.
| Tab | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Overview | Engagement summary, about text, and contact dashboard |
| Activity | CRM activities, engagement events, and calendar entries |
| Notes | Free-form notes attached to the contact |
| Tasks | Tasks assigned to or about this contact |
| Deal Room | Active deals linked through the contact’s company |
| Meetings | Scheduled and past meetings |
| Signals | Intent signals and website activity |
| Next Steps | AI-suggested next actions for the account |
| Inbox | Email conversations with the contact |
The sidebar shows key fields at a glance: email, phone, title, department, seniority, company, industry, and employee count.
Create a Single Contact
You can also manage and enrich these contacts later from the Contacts page.
You can also create contacts without importing a file:
- Go to Data → Contacts
- Click the +Add Contact button above the grid
- Enter contact details manually
Email is used for deduplication — if a contact with the same email already exists, the record will be updated.
Activities Tab
The Activity tab is a filterable timeline of all interactions:
- Type filters — All, Emails, Calls, Meetings, Notes, Tasks
- Source filters — All Sources, Manual Only, CRM Only
- Create Activity — add a manual entry (note, call, email, meeting, or task) with subject, description, and date
Click the sync icon to pull the latest activities from your connected CRM on demand.
Intelligence Documents
The Intelligence Panel (toggle with the panel icon in the header) shows AI-generated documents organized into folders:
| Folder | Documents |
|---|---|
| Outreach | Outreach Personalization, Conversation Prep |
| Intelligence | Stakeholder Intel Brief, Career & Trigger Timeline, Relationship Map |
| Strategy | Persona-Mapped Value Prop |
| Engagement | Engagement History Digest |
Click Generate on the root folder to create all 7 documents at once, or click any individual document to generate it on its own. Generation runs in the background — you can close the modal and come back when it finishes.
Documents are built from your Global Context and the contact’s data, including enrichment fields and engagement history.
Running Actions
Click the ⚡ action icon in the contact header to open a searchable list of your org’s AI actions. Select one to run it against this contact — the contact’s data is automatically injected as context.
Results appear in a dialog showing the output, execution time, and token usage. Click Save to Intelligence to persist the result to the contact’s intelligence panel for future reference.
