AI is built into every layer of graph8 - from enriching contact data to generating outreach content to coaching your sales team on live deals. Every AI feature uses your org’s global context (brand brief, value props, personas, competitive intel) to stay on-brand and on-message.

AI features pull from your org’s global context - 44 documents that graph8 generates about your business:

  • Brand brief - your positioning, voice, and messaging
  • Value propositions - key benefits mapped to personas
  • ICPs and personas - ideal customer profiles and buyer personas
  • Competitive intel - competitor analysis and differentiation
  • Campaign Intelligence Brief - a pre-extracted summary of all context

This means AI-generated content sounds like your brand, not generic boilerplate. Set up your global context in Studio → Global before using AI features.

Credits

AI features consume credits. Different actions have different costs:

Monitor usage in Settings → Billing → Usage. Credits refresh monthly based on your plan.

Getting Started

  1. Set up global context - go to Studio → Global and generate your brand documents
  2. Enrich your data - use Enrichment to fill in missing contact info
  3. Try Copilot - open the Copilot sidebar and ask a question about your pipeline
  4. Generate content - create an AI-written email in the Sequencer
  5. Score leads - enable Lead Scoring to prioritize your outreach
