Customers

Customers are accounts with closed-won deals. Track post-sale activity, identify upsell and expansion opportunities, and keep relationships strong.

Viewing Customers

  1. Go to Deals → Customers
  2. Browse all closed-won accounts in list view
  3. Filter by close date, deal value, assigned rep, or product

Each customer record shows:

  • Company name and primary contact
  • Original deal value and close date
  • Active subscriptions and products
  • Last activity date
  • Signal indicators for upsell intent

Customer Signals

These signals surface upsell and expansion opportunities automatically. The AE Cockpit includes customer signals in its decision queue.

Creating Upsell Deals

When a customer shows expansion intent:

  1. Open the customer record
  2. Click Create Deal to start a new opportunity
  3. The deal links to the existing customer account
  4. Track the upsell through your pipeline like any other deal

Customer Health

Monitor relationship health across your customer base:

  • Active customers with recent engagement
  • At-risk customers with declining signals or no activity
  • Expansion candidates showing upsell signals
