Customers
Customers are accounts with closed-won deals. Track post-sale activity, identify upsell and expansion opportunities, and keep relationships strong.
Viewing Customers
- Go to Deals → Customers
- Browse all closed-won accounts in list view
- Filter by close date, deal value, assigned rep, or product
Each customer record shows:
- Company name and primary contact
- Original deal value and close date
- Active subscriptions and products
- Last activity date
- Signal indicators for upsell intent
Customer Signals
graph8 continues tracking signals after a deal closes:
| Signal | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Website visits | Customer is browsing your site (especially pricing or new product pages) |
| Keyword research | Customer is researching topics related to your other products |
| Engagement spikes | Sudden increase in email opens or content downloads |
| Usage changes | Changes in product usage patterns |
These signals surface upsell and expansion opportunities automatically. The AE Cockpit includes customer signals in its decision queue.
Creating Upsell Deals
When a customer shows expansion intent:

- Click Create Deal to start a new opportunity
