Why doesn’t the AI find my data?
Ensure you’re connected and your session is active. Check that the data exists in graph8 Studio—the AI can only access what’s actually in your organization. Try more specific queries.
Can I create new campaigns or deals via MCP?
Currently, MCP provides read access to campaigns, accounts, deals, and intelligence. Creating new records requires using the graph8 Studio UI or API directly.
How do I search across everything at once?
Use the unified search: “Search for [keyword] across everything” or “Search G8 Studio for [term]”. The AI will search campaigns, accounts, documents, and intelligence.
Why am I getting permission errors?
MCP respects your graph8 role permissions. If you can’t access something in the UI, you can’t access it via MCP. Check with your admin about your assigned role.
Can I ask follow-up questions?
Yes, the AI maintains conversation context. After getting results, you can ask “tell me more about the first one” or “show me details for that account” without repeating yourself.
