Companies

Companies are the account-level records in your database. Every contact is linked to a company, giving you a unified view of organizational data, technology stack, and engagement signals.

How It Works

  1. Go to Data → Companies
  2. Browse your company database in the grid view
  3. Click any company to see its full profile — contacts, signals, enrichment data, and deals
  4. Use filters and saved views to segment by industry, size, technology, or signal activity

Create a Single Company

You can also manage and enrich these contacts later from the Contacts page.

You can also create contacts without importing a file:

  1. Go to Data → Contacts
  2. Click the +Add Company button above the grid
  3. Enter Company details manually

Detail Page

Each company has a dedicated page with an account-first view — showing the organization as a whole, not just individual contacts.

  • Overview panel — company summary, firmographic data, and key metrics
  • Contacts — all people associated with the company
  • Deals — active and historical deals linked to the account
  • Signals — intent data and engagement signals
  • Intelligence panel — AI-generated insights and enrichment data

This layout helps you understand both the company and everyone connected to it in one place.

Activities

The Activities tab shows a timeline of all interactions related to the company:

  • CRM activities (calls, emails, meetings)
  • Engagement events across contacts
  • Calendar events and updates

You can also sync the latest activities from your CRM on demand.

Enrichment

Enrich company records with waterfall enrichment to fill in missing firmographic and technographic data. See Enrichment → for details.
