Speaker management

• Rename speakers - correct auto-detected names
• Merge duplicates - combine duplicate speaker entries
• Hide speakers - remove irrelevant speakers from view

Meeting details

Each meeting has a detail dialog showing full meeting info, participants, and extracted signals. Meeting notes are auto-generated from the transcript.
