Dialer Analytics provides real-time metrics on your team’s calling performance - call volume, connection rates, average duration, and disposition breakdowns.

Accessing Dialer Analytics

Go to Analytics → Dialer to view the dashboard.

Key Metrics

MetricWhat It Measures
Total CallsAll outbound calls placed
Connected CallsCalls where a prospect answered
Answer RatePercentage of calls that connected
Avg Call DurationAverage length of connected calls
Voicemails LeftCalls that went to voicemail
Disposition BreakdownCount by outcome (booked, callback, not interested, etc.)

Filtering

Filter by date range, team member, or dialing session to drill into specific performance windows.

Using Dialer Analytics

  • Low answer rates - try different calling times or local area codes
  • Short call durations - review scripts for stronger openers
  • High voicemail rates - consider adjusting call timing or using parallel dialing
