Schedule & Availability
Schedule & Availability defines when you’re available for meetings and when sequences can send on your behalf. Connected calendars and the appointment booking system use these settings to show open time slots.
Setting Your Availability
- Go to Settings → Schedule & Availability
- Set your working hours for each day of the week
- Toggle days on or off (e.g., disable weekends)
- Set break periods to block off lunch or focus time
- Click Save

How Availability Is Used
Meeting Booking
When prospects book meetings through graph8 appointment links, they only see time slots within your available hours. Buffer time prevents back-to-back meetings.
Sequence Scheduling
Sequences respect your availability settings when scheduling email sends, call steps, and LinkedIn actions. Messages only send during your defined working hours and timezone.
Calendar Sync
When you connect Google Calendar or Outlook, existing calendar events automatically block those times. This prevents double-booking.
