Bug Reports

Bug Reports lets you report issues directly from inside graph8. Attach screenshots, describe the problem, and track the status of your report - all without leaving the app.

Submitting a Bug Report

  1. Click the Bug Report icon in the app (or go to Settings → Bug Reports)
  2. Fill in the report:
    • Title - a short description of the issue
    • Description - what happened and what you expected
    • Steps to reproduce - how to trigger the bug (optional but helpful)
    • Severity - how impactful the issue is (see below)

graph8 automatically captures the page URL where you encountered the issue.
