Products & Services

Products & Services connects your Stripe product catalog to your pipeline. View products, track subscriptions, attach line items to deals, and monitor recurring revenue.

Connecting Stripe

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Find Stripe and click Connect
  3. Authorize graph8 to access your Stripe account
  4. Your products, prices, and subscriptions sync automatically

Once connected, graph8 pulls your full product catalog and keeps it updated.

View all your Stripe products in Deals → Products & Services:

Attaching Products to Deals

When creating or editing a deal, attach products to track what the prospect is buying:

  1. Open a deal
  2. Go to the Products section
  3. Click Add Product
  4. Select from your Stripe catalog
  5. Set quantity and any custom pricing
  6. The deal value updates automatically based on attached products

This ensures your pipeline value reflects actual product pricing, not estimates.

Subscription Tracking

For customers with active subscriptions:

  • Renewal dates - see when subscriptions renew
  • MRR - monthly recurring revenue per customer
  • Plan changes - upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations

Revenue Reporting

Products data feeds into pipeline forecasting:

  • Revenue by product - which products drive the most pipeline
  • Average deal size - by product and plan tier
  • Win rates - by product (some products close faster than others)
