Purchase Domain & Mailboxes

Purchase sending domains and create mailboxes without leaving graph8.

Find and buy domains directly from the platform.

  1. Go to Settings → Purchase Domain & Mailboxes
  2. Enter a keyword or desired domain name
  3. Browse available domains with pricing
  4. Select the domains you want

Search results show domain availability, TLD options (.com, .io, .co, etc.), and pricing per year.

Purchasing Domains

Single Domain

  1. Select a domain from search results
  2. Review the price
  3. Click Purchase
  4. Complete payment

Bulk Purchase

Buy multiple domains at once for large outbound campaigns:

  1. Select multiple domains from search results
  2. Review the total cost
  3. Click Purchase All
  4. Complete payment

Auto-Configuration

Purchased domains are automatically configured with:

  • SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records — no manual DNS setup required
  • Domain verification — instant, no propagation wait
  • Warmup enrollment — begins automatically

This eliminates the manual DNS configuration needed when bringing your own domain.

Upload Domains via CSV

You can upload a list of domains in bulk when purchasing domains.

Click Upload CSV in the purchase flow, then upload a file with one domain per row.

graph8 will:

  • Check availability
  • Show pricing for each domain
  • Let you select which domains to purchase

This is useful when setting up multiple sending domains at once.

Mailbox Creation

Create mailboxes on your purchased domains.

Creating a Mailbox

  1. Select a purchased domain
  2. Click Add Mailbox
  3. Enter the mailbox name (e.g., alex, sarah.jones)
  4. Set the display name
  5. Save

The full email address is formed as name@yourdomain.com.

Bulk Mailbox Setup

Create multiple mailboxes at once:

  1. Select the domain
  2. Click Bulk Add
  3. Enter mailbox names (one per line or comma-separated)
  4. Set display names
  5. Save

Mailbox Configuration

Each mailbox includes:

  • Sending limits — daily send cap
  • Warmup — automatic warmup enrollment
  • Signature — default email signature

Warmup

Email warmup gradually builds your mailbox’s sender reputation by exchanging emails with a network of real mailboxes. Purchased mailboxes are enrolled in warmup automatically.

How Warmup Works

  1. graph8 sends emails from your mailbox to the warmup network
  2. Recipients open, read, and reply to these emails
  3. Positive engagement signals build your reputation with email providers
  4. Sending volume increases gradually over the warmup period

Managing Warmup

  1. Go to Settings → Purchase Domain/Mailboxes
  2. Click on a mailbox
  3. Select the Warmup tab
  4. Click Setup to enable warmup, or adjust settings if already active

Warmup Settings

  • Daily warmup volume — number of warmup emails per day (minimum 1)
  • Ramp-up speed — how quickly volume increases (minimum 5 emails per day)
  • Reply rate target — percentage of warmup emails that receive replies (must be between 20% and 100%, defaults to 30%)
  • graph8 manages the warmup schedule automatically

Validation Rules

Warmup settings are validated automatically when saved:

  • Daily rampup must be at least 5 — values below this are adjusted up to 5
  • Reply rate must be between 20% and 100% — values outside this range are clamped to the nearest limit
  • Daily warmup volume must be at least 1

If a value falls outside the allowed range, graph8 adjusts it to the nearest valid value rather than rejecting the input. All warmup settings are synced to SmartLead when saved.

Frequently Asked Questions

What TLDs are available?

Common TLDs include .com, .io, .co, .net, and .org. Availability depends on the domain name. Regional TLDs may also be available.

Can I transfer a purchased domain out of graph8?

Contact support for domain transfer requests.

How does auto-configuration differ from manual setup?

Purchased domains have DNS records configured automatically and are verified instantly. Manually added domains require you to set up DNS records with your provider and wait for propagation.

Is there a limit on mailboxes per domain?

Plan limits apply. Check Settings → Billing for your plan’s mailbox allowance.
