Company Settings
Company Settings controls your organization’s core configuration in graph8. These settings affect how your org appears across the platform and set defaults for scheduling, campaigns, and reports.
How to Configure
- Go to Settings → Company Settings
- Update your organization details
- Click Save
Organization Details

| Company name | Your organization’s display name | Appears in reports, notifications, and team views |
| Domain | Your primary website domain (e.g., acme.com) | Used for website tracking, email domain matching, and brand detection |
| Timezone | Default timezone for your organization | Affects scheduling, report timestamps, and sequence send windows |
| Industry | Your industry category | Used for benchmark comparisons and AI context |
| Logo | Your company logo | Displayed in the app header and shared content |
How These Settings Are Used
- Domain - graph8 uses your domain to identify your website visitors, match inbound emails, and configure brand assets for campaigns
- Timezone - all scheduled sends, analytics dashboards, and appointment booking default to this timezone (individual users can override with their own timezone)
- Industry - AI features use your industry for relevant benchmarking and competitive context in content generation
