Prospects

Prospects are companies with active deals moving through your pipeline. This is where your team manages day-to-day deal progression - from qualified opportunity to closed revenue.

Views

Board View

Drag-and-drop deals across pipeline stages. Each card shows:

  • Deal name and company
  • Deal value
  • Days in current stage
  • Assigned rep
  • Signal indicators

Drag a card from one stage to another to update its progress.

List View

A sortable, filterable table of all active deals. Columns include deal name, company, stage, value, probability, close date, assigned rep, and last activity.

Use list view for:

  • Bulk actions - select multiple deals and update stage, assign rep, or add tags
  • Sorting - sort by value, close date, or days in stage
  • Filtering - filter by stage, rep, value range, or custom fields

Forecast View

Revenue projections broken down by stage, rep, or time period. Each stage’s forecast = deal value multiplied by stage probability.

Click any deal to open the full detail view:

Deal Signals

Each deal shows aggregated signals from all associated contacts:

  • Signal score - combined activity across all deal contacts
  • Intent activity - are contacts visiting your site or researching keywords?
  • Email engagement - are they responding to sequences?
  • Meeting activity - bookings, cancellations, and no-shows

Creating a Deal

  1. Click Create Deal from the board or list view
  2. Fill in:
    • Deal name - a descriptive name (e.g., “Acme Corp - Enterprise License”)
    • Company - link to an existing company record
    • Value - expected deal value
    • Stage - starting pipeline stage
    • Close date - expected close date
    • Assigned to - the rep owning this deal
  3. Click Save

Moving Deals

Move deals through stages by:

  • Dragging on the board view
  • Editing the stage field in the deal detail
  • Bulk updating from list view
  • AI suggestion - the AE Cockpit recommends stage changes based on activity

Stage changes are logged in the deal activity timeline with timestamps and the user who made the change.
